Responsibilities

• ▹Define test strategies
• ▹Build test automation from scratch
• ▹Create structures for traceability and testability
• ▹Coach teams in quality-driven ways of working
• ▹Work closely with developers, product owners and the business
• ▹Lead quality work from start to finish so that testability, automation and quality are a natural part of the development cycle

Requirements

• ▹At least 4 years of experience as a QA consultant, Quality Engineer or similar
• ▹Experience with modern test and automation tools, e.g. Cypress, Playwright or Selenium
• ▹Ability to produce test strategies and coach others on quality in agile teams
• ▹Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Relevant higher education in IT, information systems or similar
• ▹Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes
• ▹Container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and Azure
• ▹Test lead experience or work with overarching quality strategies
