Junior UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and run exploratory and evaluative research, combining qualitative and quantitative methods
• ▹Conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests, field studies, process analysis and participatory workshops
• ▹Analyze data and turn research results into clear, actionable insights
• ▹Research behaviors and needs to find improvement opportunities in products, services and experiences
• ▹Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams so that evidence supports design, product and business decisions
• ▹Take part in the analysis and redesign of processes from a data- and evidence-driven perspective, improving both user experience and operational efficiency
• ▹Synthesize and communicate findings in a structured way, adapting format and level of detail to different audiences through reports, presentations and visualizations

Requirements

• ▹At least 1 year of experience in UX research in digital environments
• ▹Training in Design, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, HCI or related disciplines
• ▹Practical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• ▹Experience in research aimed both at validating solutions and at the strategic analysis of behaviors, needs and processes
• ▹Ability to work in dynamic environments and collaborate with technical and business profiles
