(Senior) Analyst for Analytics Enablement

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and implement common data and analytics processes, tools and platforms that help Nordea scale analytics safely and efficiently
• ▹Engage with business areas, analytics teams and technology stakeholders to understand their needs, identify common requirements and guide them towards shared, scalable solutions
• ▹Analyse and translate business and analytical needs into clear requirements and actionable work for technical teams
• ▹Facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders, clarifying expectations, options, dependencies and decisions
• ▹Provide practical guidance, training and hands-on support to help teams adopt common technologies and ways of working

Requirements

• ▹Relevant higher education
• ▹Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, data science or a similar data and analytics role, preferably in a business-facing position
• ▹Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements for data, analytics, tools, platforms or process development
• ▹Good understanding of data and analytics practices, including GDPR, data governance, data privacy and responsible data use
• ▹Experience working with cross-functional teams and contributing to structured delivery in an agile or project-based environment
• ▹Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills in English, across business and technology

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working with cloud or hybrid environments
