Responsibilities

• ▹Develop backend solutions using technologies such as Java, Spring, Maven, Azure, Prisma, Kafka
• ▹Drive (test) automation, continuous delivery and deployment using tools like Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Fortify, OpenShift and Kubernetes
• ▹Take ownership of refining, coding, testing and deploying your work in on-premise and cloud environments
• ▹Solve technical and functional challenges with self-motivation and an itch for innovation
• ▹Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and embrace an agile way of working

Requirements

• ▹Strong proficiency in backend software development with a proven track record (6+ years)
• ▹Thorough understanding of (test) automation, continuous delivery and deployment tools and pipelines
• ▹DevOps mindset with the ability to refine, code, test and deploy your own work
• ▹Strong analytical skills and conceptual/architectural understanding
• ▹Interest and vision in recent trends in software development and technology
• ▹Excellent social and communication skills, being a sparring partner for business colleagues
• ▹Experience with AI-assisted development workflows (GitHub Copilot, pair-coding with LLMs) and a strong “vibe coding” mindset for fast, clean implementation
• ▹Strong prompt-engineering skills to generate high-quality code, tests and documentation through AI tools
• ▹Ability to maintain development flow and optimize productivity through AI-enhanced coding practices
