On-Site IT Partner (Inter IKEA)

Responsibilities

• ▹Perform and manage planned activities such as IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds and maintenance according to agreed goals, strategies, budget and IT investments
• ▹Solve and prioritize issues according to business needs in close cooperation with the global Single Point of Contact (Helpdesk), escalating when appropriate
• ▹Perform all daily tasks according to set procedures, rules and guidelines
• ▹Participate in the IT Partners' network with other units and secure IT communication locally
• ▹Provide technical training for onsite support staff and new hires, including setting up and introducing technical equipment (e.g. laptops)
• ▹Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring to ensure continuous uptime of the onsite IT infrastructure and IKEA Purchasing Business Applications
• ▹Contribute to continuous improvements within IT service desk and onsite support as IT Process lead, in IT projects, as IT Service Owner and in Digital Workplace
• ▹Be responsible for IT security onsite in close cooperation with risk management, information security and data privacy
• ▹Monitor the development of IT technologies and system trends and evaluate their possible business benefits
• ▹Manage relationships with Inter IKEA IT, vendors, contractors and service providers regarding support, upgrades, bug reporting and change requests

Requirements

• ▹Good knowledge of software, hardware, IP networks and voice communication
• ▹Good knowledge of IT service management, information security and data privacy processes and guidelines
• ▹General knowledge of relevant technology standards, trends and innovations
• ▹Good knowledge of project management tools and methodology
• ▹Experience of managing vendors and service providers
• ▹Risk assessment knowledge
• ▹Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools and environment
• ▹Good knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Azure and Power Apps
• ▹Written and verbal fluency in English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience of working within IT, preferably in global organizations
• ▹Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps platforms
• ▹Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ability to formulate prompts
