Responsibilities

• ▹Deliver the technical solution as per the defined LLD
• ▹Generate and validate instantiation templates and MOPs from the LLD and data fill sheets
• ▹Onboard and deploy PACO nodes
• ▹Integrate and configure PACO nodes as per the defined LLD
• ▹Execute system and functional ATP test cases and document the artifacts
• ▹Troubleshoot deployment, integration and ATP test case issues and follow up with the care and customer teams with help of the TPM
• ▹Open trouble tickets through the proper channel, such as internal JIRA and Salesforce tickets
• ▹Support migration of Packet Core services
• ▹Support delivery to the Care handover process
• ▹Feature activation testing
• ▹Prepare MOPs and artifacts for SW upgrades
• ▹Software upgrade lab testing and preparation of the golden MOP
• ▹Software upgrade of PACO nodes
• ▹4eye support
• ▹Post-upgrade support and close work with the care/4LS team during emergencies
• ▹Knowledge sharing and KT session delivery
• ▹Capture lessons learned in the LL tool
• ▹Support the team and practice internal JIRA process
• ▹Provide L2 support only for projects where it is explicitly agreed
• ▹Develop PACO node certifications in coordination with KMCD
