Responsibilities

• ▹Own features end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping to production release
• ▹Lead product discovery by testing hypotheses through rapid, lightweight experiments
• ▹Stay in close contact with customers, partners and Sales to surface real pain points
• ▹Design and implement tracking for data-driven iteration
• ▹Build across the full stack, driving architecture decisions through to release
• ▹Balance short-term validation with long-term scalability

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of product engineering experience delivering features end-to-end in a startup
• ▹Strong full-stack proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and React
• ▹Proven ability to own software from architecture to production release
• ▹Native or near-native German (B2 or above), essential for the role
• ▹Fluent English
• ▹Deep product mindset beyond writing code
• ▹Comfort extracting and owning metrics to drive and defend decisions
• ▹Availability with overlap in Central European Time (CET)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience integrating large language models or building AI-powered product features
