Product Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Create rich multimedia interfaces using the latest AI video generation models Gen-4.5 and Aleph 2.0
• ▹Build end-to-end full-stack AI-powered product features: frontend experiences, backend systems, server-side processes and APIs
• ▹Design and implement LLM-powered features and conversational interfaces
• ▹Partner with the engineering team on creativity and content creation in the browser
• ▹Implement product features across the frontend stack for Runway's machine learning-based generative AI tools
• ▹Improve the performance, reliability and code quality of the codebases

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, ideally full-stack focused
• ▹Demonstrated fluency in one or more programming languages, including JavaScript/TypeScript
• ▹Experience building with third-party AI APIs (e.g. chatbots, LLM integrations)
• ▹Experience architecting production-ready systems and familiarity with debugging and profiling tools
• ▹Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and iterate under tight product deadlines
• ▹Humility and open-mindedness
