Responsibilities

• ▹Use AI tools across all tasks and deliverables, including creating agents and other supporting tools
• ▹Produce trend and forces assessments for an assigned industry or function, with benchmarking analyses showing where the client stands relative to peers
• ▹Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points, operating model changes, human-machine interaction and workforce adoption approaches
• ▹Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools
• ▹Apply industry or function knowledge to review and improve domain-specific reinvention designs and playbook content
• ▹Apply AX Design principles: define how AI agents behave within each process step, what they handle autonomously and when they hand off to a person
• ▹Combine delivery team leadership and delivery execution with active participation in commercial proposals

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• ▹Advanced data analytics techniques: Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI
• ▹Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, able to write, optimize and troubleshoot code for data analysis and model development
• ▹Experience with SQL and relational databases
• ▹Experience in Data & AI, management consulting or related business transformation
• ▹Previous use of AI-assisted analytics, visualization or benchmarking tools
• ▹Experience deploying models into production and integrating them into existing business processes
• ▹Project work delivered in a consulting environment or industry experience in at least one domain
• ▹Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations
• ▹Fluency in Spanish and a high level of understanding and communicating in English
• ▹Residence in Spain and a valid permit to work in Spain

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)
• ▹Proficiency with Git and software development best practices
• ▹Familiarity with process mapping or process modeling tools
• ▹Ability to communicate complex findings in clear business terms
• ▹Client-facing consulting or advisory experience
• ▹Applies AI tools fluently and independently, including building agents
• ▹Embeds AI design principles into process specifications (agent behaviors, autonomy levels, handoffs)
• ▹Identifies where agentic AI can transform specific client process steps
• ▹Demonstrated continuous learning with emerging AI tools
