Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Solutions (Gracenote Division)

Responsibilities

• ▹Technical pre-sales and consultation: partner with Sales, lead discovery sessions, identify customer use cases and AI-based architecture, run proofs of concept
• ▹Design, build and maintain a portfolio of focused single-purpose AI agents showcasing the Gracenote Video MCP Server (conversational search, catalog enrichment, personalized recommendations)
• ▹Deploy agents on agentic frameworks such as those from Google or AWS
• ▹Analyze complex customer environments, recommend integration patterns and map Gracenote tools to customer AI workflows
• ▹Test and validate new MCP tools and features before rollout
