Cybersecurity PMO Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide operational support to the cybersecurity program, ensuring coordination between planning, governance, reporting and stakeholders
• ▹Create and maintain integrated program plans, consolidating activities, milestones, deliverables and dependencies between teams
• ▹Coordinate planning and reporting cycles with the leads of the different projects and workstreams
• ▹Keep the program's registers of risks, issues, actions, changes and decisions up to date
• ▹Prepare management reports, dashboards and documentation for steering and management committees
• ▹Organise and coordinate meetings, workshops and working sessions, following up agreed actions until closure
• ▹Support the program's financial management by tracking budgets, forecasts, expenses, invoices and provisions
• ▹Manage the program's documentation, collaboration spaces and access controls
• ▹Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, resource plans and project documentation
• ▹Take part in communication and awareness campaigns that foster a cybersecurity culture in the organisation
• ▹Define and track indicators for execution, adoption, participation and awareness
• ▹Promote continuous improvement, transparency and collaboration across all areas involved

Requirements

• ▹2 to 3 years of experience supporting PMOs, Program Offices, transformation initiatives or complex, interdependent project portfolios
• ▹High level of English, both spoken and written
• ▹Experience in planning, tracking and coordinating programs or projects
• ▹Experience preparing status reports, dashboards, executive presentations and materials for steering committees
• ▹Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, workshops, follow-up meetings and different stakeholder groups
• ▹Organised, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple activities at once
• ▹Experience in cybersecurity, information technology, change management or awareness programs
• ▹Ability to turn complex information into clear messages for different audiences
• ▹Collaborative approach, proactivity and results orientation

• ▹Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• ▹Microsoft Project or similar planning tools
• ▹SharePoint or other collaboration and document management platforms
• ▹Corporate reporting, workflow, finance or portfolio management tools
• ▹Digital transformation programs or wide-scope corporate initiatives
• ▹Corporate communication, engagement and stakeholder management
