Technical Lead – AI Agents & Integration Architecture

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the design of the APIs and microservices that make up the intelligent agent platform, defining contracts, data models and communication patterns between components
• ▹Design and oversee the integration flows between AI agents, support services and corporate systems, including the information management and ingestion strategy using RAG architectures
• ▹Make key decisions on architecture, integration, security, performance and scalability, acting as the team's technical reference
• ▹Perform code reviews, set development standards and ensure the quality, maintainability and technical consistency of the solution
• ▹Define and oversee the strategy for deploying services in container and Kubernetes-based environments, integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Promote engineering methodologies, architecture patterns and best practices for robust, secure and scalable solutions
• ▹Work closely with development, architecture, operations and business teams to turn strategic needs into innovative technology solutions
• ▹Take an active part in defining and evolving the platform architecture, adopting new capabilities related to generative AI and intelligent agents

Requirements

• ▹At least 7 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead designing backend solutions and integration architectures in complex enterprise environments
• ▹Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years technically leading or designing solutions based on AI agents and LLM orchestration layers
• ▹Broad knowledge of API design, microservices, integration patterns and distributed architectures
• ▹Experience in data integration strategies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and connecting corporate systems with intelligent services
• ▹Solid knowledge of security, scalability and deployment of cloud-native platforms
• ▹Experience with containers, Kubernetes and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• ▹Technical leadership, architectural decision-making and the ability to guide development teams
• ▹Communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and technical and business stakeholders
