Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the technical evolution of Java backend solutions
• ▹Define the architecture
• ▹Drive best practices and ensure scalable, high-quality development
• ▹Guide the team and take an active part in development, combining technical leadership with a hands-on approach

Requirements

• ▹Solid backend development experience with Java (17+)
• ▹Command of the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data, etc.)
• ▹Experience with microservice and hexagonal architectures
• ▹Knowledge of API design (API First, OpenAPI/Swagger)
• ▹Good grounding in SOLID, Clean Code, DDD and testing (TDD)
• ▹Experience with messaging (Kafka or other event-driven systems)
• ▹Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• ▹Experience in cloud/container environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD)
• ▹Technical leadership and team mentoring ability
• ▹Focus on quality, best practices and continuous improvement
