Responsibilities

• ▹Manage identity and access (IdP), the company device fleet, SaaS licenses and internal IT tooling
• ▹Establish reliable IT processes and operational support for a remote, asynchronous team
• ▹Partner with Security and Engineering to implement the controls and documentation needed for SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• ▹Automate user onboarding, offboarding and asset provisioning with scripts

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience owning and maintaining IT infrastructure or operations at a distributed technology company
• ▹Deep, hands-on experience with an IdP (specifically JumpCloud): SSO, SAML, SCIM, conditional access with RBAC
• ▹Google Workspace administration: user lifecycles, organizational units, security and sharing policies, IdP directory integrations
• ▹Managing and automating access to developer tools (e.g. GitHub, Slack, Notion) and business SaaS platforms
• ▹Managing cloud environments (AWS/Azure) alongside Cloudflare One (ZTNA), including Cloudflare Access and Cloudflare Gateway
• ▹Administration of endpoint tools and device posture enforcement (e.g. CrowdStrike Falcon, Cloudflare WARP client)
• ▹Scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell to automate IT tasks
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication, able to lead and collaborate asynchronously across global, remote teams

Nice to have

• ▹Experience taking an organization through SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits, including evidence collection and documentation
• ▹Managing fleets across macOS, Windows and Linux, including EDR tooling
