Responsibilities

• ▹Define and track key metrics and KPIs (CPC, CPA, CPM, etc.) with product managers and business leaders
• ▹Build dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, network adoption and advertiser impact
• ▹Own and build out the ClickHouse data model for the ad network
• ▹Design aggregation tables for ML, reporting and in-app dashboards
• ▹Conduct deep-dive analyses and turn findings into product roadmap recommendations
• ▹Monitor data flows for issues and anomalies
• ▹Analyze network health to balance publisher payouts and advertiser value
• ▹Build a universal entity resolution system with engineers
• ▹Improve event tracking, instrumentation and data quality with Engineering and Data teams

Requirements

• ▹3+ years as a highly technical Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Data Engineer
• ▹Excellent SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Metabase or similar)
• ▹R or Python, data-driven research and statistical analysis (linear regression, k-means clustering)
• ▹Experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing)
• ▹Database data modeling for reporting and analysis
• ▹SQL ETL tools to define and materialize KPIs
• ▹Ability to communicate complex data to technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• ▹Ad Tech or marketing experience
• ▹ClickHouse or another OLAP database
• ▹Experience building entity resolution systems or models
• ▹Experience with graph databases
• ▹Creator economy or SaaS experience
