Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop own REST APIs and integrate heterogeneous third-party systems (PMS, booking/eCommerce tools, destination data sources)
• ▹Develop the GUI/frontend components of RoomGrid (dashboard, content manager, device manager, etc.) in JavaScript/TypeScript
• ▹Practically integrate and extend AI technologies: LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector stores
• ▹Ideally connect AI-powered tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• ▹Contribute to backend, databases and Docker/CI-CD infrastructure as needed
• ▹Work closely with the founding team

Requirements

• ▹Experience integrating heterogeneous systems via REST APIs and developing own APIs
• ▹Confident handling of JSON, HTTP, authentication methods and API documentation
• ▹Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and GUI development experience
• ▹Practical experience integrating AI technologies, in particular LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector stores

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with the Model Context Protocol and building AI-powered applications
• ▹Backend development and databases
• ▹Docker and CI/CD

Soft skills

What we offer

• ▹Annual gross salary of 60,000-66,000 euros in 12 monthly payments under a German employment contract, depending on experience

About the company

Thoesch builds a voice-first guest experience platform for hotel guest communication. In the 2026-2028 scaling phase the company is also building its own hardware and hosting infrastructure.
