Responsibilities

• ▹Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs and WebSockets in Python & Django
• ▹Build high-performance single-page and desktop applications using React, TypeScript, and Electron
• ▹Design and deploy services on cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS
• ▹Own test frameworks to catch regressions early
• ▹Monitor performance using Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, and CloudWatch
• ▹Act as technical mentor and contribute to pair programming
• ▹Maintain engineering best practices and code quality

Requirements

• ▹Several years of professional experience with Python & Django
• ▹Deep proficiency with React and TypeScript, ideally 5+ years with React
• ▹Solid experience with web technologies and Electron/JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• ▹Strong SQL skills and ORM experience
• ▹Experience with concurrency and async tasks, Celery or similar
• ▹Experience with testing frameworks: Jest, Playwright, Cypress
• ▹Experience with cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• ▹Competence with Git
• ▹Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• ▹Independent, self-motivated, proactive mindset
• ▹Fluent English
