Technical Onboarding Consultant (x/f/m)

Backend Developer • Vor Ort • Vollzeit • 📍 Berlin

As a Technical Onboarding Consultant at Doctolib, your mission is to enable users to have a successful, frictionless onboarding through data migration and IT-infrastructure checks. You are involved in the customer journey from the very beginning, helping practices and hospitals introduce the products alongside the deployment teams and the healthcare professionals you advise technically. Over time you expand your portfolio of supported products. The position is a permanent, full-time role in Berlin with hybrid work (two home-office days per week).

Responsibilities

  • Data migration: transfer patient and appointment data from external practice systems into Doctolib's software, e.g. by converting and cleaning files in Excel and other programs so practices start with clean data from day one
  • Act as technical contact point for practices and their IT: proactive communication by phone and email to check the technical prerequisites for using Doctolib and provide tech support throughout the onboarding, e.g. setting up networks, VPNs or Remote Desktop Services
  • Internal expert consulting: support colleagues from other teams such as Sales or Deployment with your expertise in data migration and complex onboarding topics, e.g. unusual system configurations or API connections
  • Product integration: connect the all-in-one practice software and the AI-based phone assistant in practices to relieve the specialised teams, e.g. setting up interfaces to existing practice-management systems
  • Projects & innovation: design and deliver trainings, or create scripts and develop technical solutions within the Innovation Lab, e.g. automation solutions for recurring onboarding processes

Requirements

  • At least fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) according to the European framework
  • Advanced knowledge of data editing and formatting in Excel or similar programs, plus basic knowledge of advanced data-processing methods (e.g. SQL and/or regular expressions)
  • Sound knowledge of APIs, IT infrastructures, networks, VPNs and their setup (including Citrix VDI, terminal servers, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services)
  • Excellent communication skills with users on the phone and in online meetings (B2B & B2C)
  • High level of attention to detail, willingness to learn and genuine curiosity for the products, technical processes and healthcare transformation

Nice to have

  • Programming experience in JavaScript and/or Python as well as SQL databases with demonstrable projects
  • Experience with patient-management systems or EHR systems
