Responsibilities

• ▹Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines and budgets on track
• ▹Define project scope, deliverables and success criteria with clients
• ▹Lead the discovery phase with new clients
• ▹Break down complex requirements into iterations the engineering team can execute
• ▹Own project documentation, backlogs and roadmaps
• ▹Run Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and reviews
• ▹Keep clients informed with regular updates on status, risks and decisions
• ▹Scope and price new engagements, contribute to proposals and support presales
• ▹Work closely with design, engineering and QA
• ▹Monitor project health with KPIs and flag risks early
• ▹Test completed features before delivery

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business or a related field
• ▹At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency
• ▹Hands-on presales experience: proposals, scoping, discovery workshops
• ▹Strong understanding of how digital products are built, with a product management mindset
• ▹Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories and working in Agile delivery
• ▹Comfort challenging client requirements and advocating for solutions to the actual business problem
• ▹Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once
• ▹Ability to work across US and European time zones
• ▹Fluent English at C1 level or above with strong written and verbal communication
• ▹Experience working with distributed international teams

Nice to have

• ▹Background in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare or e-commerce
• ▹Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear or similar tools
