Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end delivery for programs touching a dozen services at once (architecture migration, compliance remediation, legacy system sunset)
• ▹Partner with Product Management and GTM stakeholders on platform changes with customer-facing impact
• ▹Drive adoption of shared platform capabilities, closing the gap between shipped and actually used
• ▹Manage multi-team migrations where downstream consumers, external commitments and legacy constraints must land in order
• ▹Run the mechanics of concurrent programs: dependency maps, risk logs, decision records and recurring check-ins
• ▹Measure delivery health (incident counts, adoption rates, time-to-land) and use it to drive change

Requirements

• ▹Experience running complex, cross-functional technical programs where technical decisions were yours to shape
• ▹Ability to hold your own in deep engineering conversations and understand what is being argued
• ▹Bring structure to ambiguity with the lightest mechanism that solves the problem
• ▹Experience where the consumers of your output are other engineering teams (infrastructure, data pipelines, internal APIs)
• ▹Experience managing a migration or sunset with real downstream impact
• ▹Direct communication, with decisions written down and shared
• ▹Comfort in Jira, Confluence and a modern engineering toolchain

Nice to have

• ▹Background in infrastructure, data engineering or applied AI/ML platforms
• ▹Experience in a SaaS company through platform consolidation or modernization
• ▹Familiarity with SLOs or monitoring practice as a delivery signal
