Responsibilities

• ▹Advance the software and system architecture of the cloud-based IT landscape, introducing modern technologies such as APIs, event streaming, and DevSecOps
• ▹Derive clear architecture guidelines from business requirements and develop viable technical solutions
• ▹Work closely with product owners, projects, and the Enterprise Architecture team to align systems with business goals
• ▹Define standards, patterns, and approaches together with other architects
• ▹Document solutions in the team's tools and align them with relevant stakeholders
• ▹Implement new ideas as proofs of concept

Requirements

• ▹Broad methodological knowledge, ability to clearly analyze requirements and document/present solutions in a structured way (including modeling languages)
• ▹Experienced with interface definitions (e.g. OpenAPI, XML) and integrating complex systems, including SAP-related work
• ▹Strong communication and team orientation
• ▹Open, digital, international mindset, self-organized way of working
• ▹5-8 years of experience in software development and software architecture, ideally in a retail environment
• ▹Fluent English for international projects
• ▹Deep understanding of classic retail processes such as logistics, e-commerce, or loyalty
