Senior Data Engineer (x/f/m)
Doctolib is looking for a Senior Data Engineer for its engineering team. Your mission will be to build data products that provide insights and support decision-making across Doctolib, helping to transform access to healthcare. You will work in a feature team developing data pipelines and solutions that empower the organization with data-driven insights while supporting its AI strategy. The role is a full-time permanent position in Paris with a hybrid setup (up to 2 remote days per week); the tech stack includes Python, SQL, DBT, BigQuery, Tableau and Dagster.
Responsibilities
- ▹Build and maintain data pipelines using Python (Dagster) to support Doctolib's AI strategy
- ▹Develop and maintain data marts in BigQuery using SQL/Jinja and DBT
- ▹Create dashboards for high-level reporting using Tableau
- ▹Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and define specifications
- ▹Ensure data quality, security (GDPR compliance) and availability through monitoring and optimization
Requirements
- ▹At least 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- ▹First experience using a code assistant (Claude, Cursor)
- ▹Proficiency in Python, SQL and DBT for building data pipelines
- ▹Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase or similar platforms
- ▹First experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack
- ▹Good understanding of functional aspects of data (Sales, Finance, Web Analytics, Product)
- ▹Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with business teams
- ▹Fluent English

- ▹Experience with AI products
