Staff Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the migration from Svelte to React, holding the architectural picture across both stacks and sequencing the work against product delivery
• ▹Maintain and evolve the design system together with the frontend guild
• ▹Support frontend initiatives across teams: application architecture, performance, testing strategy, developer experience and technical debt reduction
• ▹Be the bar raiser for UX and UI quality through design reviews, reusable patterns, mentoring and technical writing
• ▹Find where agentic tooling genuinely improves engineering practice and shape the codebase so it works well for people and agents alike

Requirements

• ▹Experience operating at Staff scope, with or without the title, having shipped systemic frontend or product-engineering improvements across multiple teams
• ▹Deep expertise in modern frontend engineering: TypeScript, component architecture, state management, design systems, accessibility, performance
