Conversational AI Consultant (German speaking)

Responsibilities

• ▹Support customers in designing and deploying AI-based customer service solutions
• ▹Continuously improve solutions already in operation
• ▹Turn business needs into structured solution concepts
• ▹Align business expectations, conversational design considerations and technical possibilities
• ▹Run customer workshops and coordinate with project stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹Experience in IT consulting, Conversational AI or customer service technologies, or a similar role
• ▹Good grasp of Conversational AI fundamentals: intent recognition, dialogue management, knowledge-base assistants, voicebots, chatbots, LLM-based assistants
• ▹Willingness to build deep expertise on at least one strategic Conversational AI platform, primarily Cognigy or Parloa
• ▹Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn customer needs into structured solutions
• ▹Practice in leading customer workshops and aligning with stakeholders
• ▹Confident, customer-oriented communication
• ▹German language skills at C1 level
• ▹Confident English

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with Cognigy or Parloa
• ▹Experience building LLM-based assistants
• ▹Project experience in deploying customer service technologies
