Responsibilities

• ▹Build and scale a world-class engineering organization, mentoring engineering managers and staff engineers across multiple domains
• ▹Drive the technical vision and strategy for the Patient Health Companions, aligned with Doctolib's mission and product goals
• ▹Lead the development of AI-powered chat support, sophisticated recommendation systems and intuitive mobile interfaces
• ▹Establish engineering practices and architecture that enable rapid experimentation while maintaining quality, security and scalability
• ▹Partner with product, design and healthcare professionals to address real health needs with great user experiences
• ▹Define and execute acquisition and growth strategies to reach millions of users across Europe

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers and staff engineers across diverse domains
• ▹Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain exceptional engineering talent
• ▹Strong foundation in software engineering, distributed systems and architecture across mobile and backend systems
• ▹Ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and align engineering with company strategy
• ▹Genuine interest in healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology
• ▹Track record of scaling engineering organizations while maintaining culture and quality

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building consumer health products or working in healthcare technology
• ▹Background in AI/ML systems, recommendation engines or content platforms
