Responsibilities

• ▹Technical (partial) leadership of exciting medical device development projects
• ▹Analyze customer requirements and create requirement specifications
• ▹Develop prototypes for feasibility studies
• ▹Independently plan and implement software architectures/designs: application firmware, hardware drivers, and peripheral interfaces
• ▹Independently carry out verification and validation
• ▹Actively participate in the full development process, from requirements analysis through verification/validation to risk management and documentation

Requirements

• ▹Completed technical degree (computer science or electrical engineering)
• ▹More than 5 years of experience in firmware development, ideally in actuator and sensor control
• ▹Confident use of IDEs, various compilers, and software version control
• ▹Several years of experience in hardware-related C/C++ programming, preferably on ARM processors
• ▹Experience with UML/SysML
• ▹Good German and English skills
