EMSY Software Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop the product vision and strategy to grow and position the EMSY software family
• ▹Act as the central point of contact between software development and internal departments
• ▹Further develop the product vision, creating solutions that deliver real customer value
• ▹Understand customer needs to develop innovative, value-adding software solutions
• ▹Analyze the market and competitive landscape together with marketing and technical departments

Requirements

• ▹Experience in product management, ideally in software, connectivity, IoT, or a similar industrial environment
• ▹Ability to break down long-term vision into concrete milestones
• ▹Strong communication skills to connect sales, technical, and service teams
• ▹Experience working with international, interdisciplinary teams
• ▹Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• ▹Good German and English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Basic programming knowledge, ideally C#
