Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end delivery and execution across cross-functional teams
• ▹Evaluate business and product requirements for technical feasibility, translating them into EPICs and user stories
• ▹Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineers to refine and prioritize the backlog
• ▹Plan and drive sprint execution with clear timelines and milestones
• ▹Champion engineering processes and rituals for collaboration and accountability
• ▹Monitor team velocity and capacity, optimizing resource allocation
• ▹Coordinate cross-team dependencies and stakeholder alignment
• ▹Stay hands-on in critical initiatives: design decisions, design patterns, code reviews
• ▹Ensure monitoring, alerting and observability, meeting SLIs and SLOs
• ▹Partner with Product Managers to define, track and publish post-release metrics

Requirements

• ▹8-10 years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer or similar hands-on technical role
• ▹5+ years of strong experience building production systems using Java and Spring Boot
• ▹Minimum 3 years of proven engineering leadership experience managing high-performing teams
• ▹Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and iterative delivery
• ▹Demonstrated ability to translate complex product requirements
