
Technical Support Specialist
Aircall, an AI-powered customer communications platform used by over 22,000 companies, is recruiting a Technical Support Specialist working remotely from Portugal. The role operates as a second point of contact for Aircall's customers worldwide, helping them solve complex technical and operational questions. You will have a direct impact on customers' ability to make and receive phone calls, use the right products and integrations, and grow their business. The team works across time zones using a follow-the-sun model in a 24/5 business.
Responsibilities
- ▹Act as a second point of contact for Aircall's customers across the globe
- ▹Help customers solve complex technical and operational questions
- ▹Support customers' ability to make and receive phone calls and use the right products and integrations
- ▹Provide white-glove service by working with Success, Engineering, Product, Onboarding and Sales teams
- ▹Operate across time zones using a follow-the-sun model
