The role operates as a second point of contact for Aircall's customers worldwide, helping them solve complex technical and operational questions. You will have a direct impact on customers' ability to make and receive phone calls, use the right products and integrations, and grow their business. The team works across time zones using a follow-the-sun model in a 24/5 business.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a second point of contact for Aircall's customers across the globe
  • Help customers solve complex technical and operational questions
  • Support customers' ability to make and receive phone calls and use the right products and integrations
  • Provide white-glove service by working with Success, Engineering, Product, Onboarding and Sales teams
  • Operate across time zones using a follow-the-sun model
