DevOps Engineer

This is a great opportunity to join Aptitude as a Senior DevOps Engineer (L3) in Wrocław, working within the platform engineering and operations function for Fynapse, our SaaS product hosted for clients around the world. You'll join a team of 5 DevOps Engineers, helping build and maintain reliable, secure infrastructure while gaining exposure to a wide range of cloud, automation and observability technologies alongside experienced colleagues in the team. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your platform engineering expertise and support day-to -day operations. You will work on platform engineering: building and maintaining reliable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, while ensuring the high availability, performance and cost-efficiency of cloud resources. You will carry operational responsibility for infrastructure management, monitoring and incident response, including participating in implementing alerting and observability best practices, incident resolution and taking part in an on-call rotation. On the security side, you will partner with the security team to apply DevSecOps principles, ensuring systems meet compliance standards You will collaborate closely with engineering teams on cross-team project shaping, incident resolution and knowledge sharing.
