Technical Consultant - Poland

This is a great opportunity to join Aptitude as a Technical Consultant in Wrocław, working across multiple Aptitude products and supporting a diverse range of clients. You’ll gain exposure to different projects, technologies and client environments while working alongside experienced colleagues across the business. You’ll have the opportunity to build your technical and consultancy skills, broaden your knowledge across the Aptitude product suite and take on increasing responsibility as you develop. You will be expected to follow best practices, as defined by senior colleagues, to ensure that the quality of our delivery and support is fit for purpose. With support from others, you will gain a good understanding of the Aptitude product(s) capabilities, liaising with project colleagues to match client requirements onto those capabilities. A key part of your role is to proactively continue your own personal development (keeping yourself updated with relevant knowledge and skills) as well as developing your understanding of how to best approach project work. You should be aligned to the evolving company culture and contribute towards internal communications as required. Delivery responsibilities may be performed on client premises and travel (in-country and/or overseas) may be required of you. Assure responsibilities will require time zone flexibility and the possibility of standby support during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
