As a Software Engineer at Aircall, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment and operation of business-critical features that add customer value. Operational excellence, metrics, observability and best practices are part of the day-to-day job. Using Node.js and TypeScript back-end stacks hosted on AWS, the team builds resilient services on top of voice and integrates fully with customers' business-critical tools such as CRM, helpdesk and e-commerce systems.
