Responsibilities

• ▹Drive high-quality design execution across multiple platforms and manage creative talent
• ▹Independently own multiple web design engagements simultaneously
• ▹Navigate client feedback while balancing UI, conversion-oriented UX and technical feasibility
• ▹Build new brand design systems for clients
• ▹Merge business thinking with visual craft into scalable brand identities across paid media, retention, web, social and packaging
• ▹Guide and mentor a team of designers, overseeing delivery for paid ads, emails, landing pages and e-commerce web design
• ▹Report to the Director of Creative

Requirements

• ▹Deep experience in branded UI/UX design
• ▹Senior-level design lead who can independently own multiple web design engagements
• ▹Strong client feedback management skills
• ▹Experience threading UI, conversion-oriented UX and technical feasibility on tight timelines
• ▹Knowledge of e-commerce heuristics combined with unique, branded design
• ▹Ability to build new brand design systems
