Multifamily Data Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Investigate and resolve data quality issues through direct, hands-on analysis
• ▹Maintain and execute data quality controls, review processes and standard operating procedures
• ▹Experiment with automated and AI-assisted workflows to streamline data quality tasks
• ▹Track and report on data quality metrics, trends and operational health
• ▹Identify recurring issues, data risks and opportunities for process optimization
• ▹Manage an individual queue, prioritizing high-impact issues
• ▹Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
• ▹Document internal data standards and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• ▹1+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, research or a related field
• ▹Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
• ▹Comfort working with automation and AI-assisted tools in daily workflows
• ▹Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical partners

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with AI agents, automated workflows or human-in-the-loop review systems
• ▹Familiarity with data collection and processing pipelines
• ▹Experience in multifamily housing, real estate or proptech
