SAP Fiori Developer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop and implement custom SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5 and modern web technologies
• ▹Collaborate with functional teams and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and UI designs
• ▹Integrate Fiori applications with SAP backend systems by consuming and developing OData services
• ▹Analyze and tune applications for performance, scalability and responsiveness
• ▹Debug and resolve technical issues, conduct unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• ▹Configure and manage the Fiori Launchpad, including creating and assigning tiles and catalogs
• ▹Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development best practices and Fiori design guidelines
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for existing applications
• ▹Stay up to date with SAP technologies, tools (like SAP Business Application Studio) and industry trends

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
• ▹Proficiency in SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
• ▹Experience with OData services and SAP backend systems integration
• ▹Familiarity with SAP Web IDE, Eclipse or similar development environments
• ▹Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)
• ▹Understanding of testing frameworks for functional and unit testing (e.g. QUnit, OPA5)
• ▹Experience with performance analysis tools and methodologies to optimize application responsiveness
• ▹Knowledge of MVC architecture and Fiori design principles
