Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the technical implementation of the Tines platform within complex enterprise environments, integrating with existing systems and configuring for customer-specific workflows
• ▹Drive adoption across the customer organisation by supporting and training users and stakeholders from hands-on technical teams to business leaders
• ▹Identify and develop new use cases that create additional value across teams, workflows and business units
• ▹Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor: troubleshooting, workshops, technical questions
• ▹Build lasting relationships from daily users to executive sponsors
• ▹Feed field insights back to Engineering, Product and GTM teams
• ▹Travel 20–40% to customer sites

Requirements

• ▹8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions / Pre-sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Integration / Implementation Engineer or Software Engineer with customer exposure)
• ▹Proven track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable value from complex technical products in enterprise environments
• ▹Strong engineering skills to own integrations, troubleshoot production issues and understand customer infrastructure
• ▹Strong Python skills (plus ideally TypeScript, Java or similar)
• ▹Production experience with LLMs and AI systems: prompt engineering, agent workflows and deployment at scale
• ▹Ability to train, enable and influence stakeholders at all levels
• ▹Willingness to travel 20–40% to customer sites
• ▹Authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
