Product Engineer (Junior), Java / Kotlin

Responsibilities

• ▹Ship Gluesync features with the product team, with pairing and review
• ▹Own small pieces end to end: code, tests, review
• ▹Work with SQL and NoSQL sources (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2/IBM i, MongoDB, Kafka)
• ▹Write tests
• ▹Provide customer technical support during the CET night shift

Requirements

• ▹Real, shipped Java experience from a job, internship or project
• ▹Basic Kotlin knowledge (course, side project, or at work)
• ▹Some REST, SQL, and Git experience working with others
• ▹Ability to reliably work CET nights (22:00-06:00) from anywhere

Nice to have

• ▹Ktor, Koin, Gradle, Docker
• ▹Any NoSQL or Kafka experience
