Responsibilities

• ▹Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions based on Databricks AI research
• ▹Own production rollouts of consumer and internal GenAI applications
• ▹Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers
• ▹Present at conferences such as Data + AI Summit
• ▹Collaborate cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap

Requirements

• ▹Experience building GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent, Text2SQL, fine-tuning) with HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy
• ▹Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimization
• ▹Extensive hands-on data science experience (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
• ▹Experience building production ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• ▹Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
• ▹Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• ▹Experience using the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for large-scale distributed data processing
