• ▹Lead the Growth Pod's roadmap and delivery
• ▹Shape team culture and processes
• ▹Develop careers of team members
• ▹Review PRs and weigh in on architecture
• ▹Run rapid experimentation and data-driven decision making

Requirements

• ▹Managed a team of at least three engineers for more than a year
• ▹Experience growing engineers at all levels
• ▹Ability to have hard performance conversations
• ▹Experience in a high-performing product organization
• ▹Comfortable with ambiguity and limited resources
• ▹Serious hands-on use of AI coding tools

Nice to have

• ▹Expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, growth-style iteration
• ▹Hands-on proficiency with Go, TypeScript, Next.js, Temporal, or GCP
• ▹Background in an industry with complex professional workflows (e.g. legal)
