Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the team and set technical strategy
• ▹Guide open-source TypeScript/React UI libraries
• ▹Collaborate with product, customer success and data science teams
• ▹Own the recruiting and hiring process for the team
• ▹Ensure developer experience (DevX) for external integrators
• ▹Set technical direction and quality bar

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of web development experience
• ▹At least 2 years leading an engineering team
• ▹Strong full-stack background (JavaScript, React)
• ▹Experience with production systems and/or ETL pipelines
• ▹English B2/C1 level
• ▹Available for meetings between 2pm and 8pm UTC

Nice to have

• ▹Experience contributing to open source projects
