Software Engineer, L3 Support (.NET)

Responsibilities

• ▹Diagnose, resolve, and prevent production issues
• ▹Investigate root causes of complex issues
• ▹Drive escalated customer issues from analysis to deployment
• ▹Develop enhancements and product improvements
• ▹Evaluate technical approaches with product teams
• ▹Support customer upgrades
• ▹Write clean, maintainable, testable code using AI-assisted development
• ▹Use troubleshooting and profiling tools
• ▹Improve CI/CD and DevOps practices
• ▹Enhance platform reliability, performance, and security

Requirements

• ▹3+ years commercial .NET development experience
• ▹Strong C#/.NET and OOP knowledge
• ▹MS SQL Server and T-SQL experience
• ▹Experience with troubleshooting, diagnostic, and profiling tools
• ▹JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
• ▹REST APIs and HTTP-based standards (e.g. OData)
• ▹Proficiency with Git or another version control system
• ▹Experience in Agile or Kanban environments
• ▹Intermediate+ English proficiency
