Responsibilities

• ▹Design and own end-to-end analytical workflows in Amazon Redshift
• ▹Conduct deep-dive player behavior analyses: segmentation, RFM modeling, cohort analysis, LTV forecasting, churn prediction
• ▹Analyze A/B test results and evaluate statistical significance
• ▹Track and analyze iGaming KPIs (GGR, NGR, bonus abuse index, deposit/withdrawal trends, LTV, churn)
• ▹Integrate AI tools into daily analytical work (prompt engineering, AI-assisted SQL generation)
• ▹Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable outputs for non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Learn and use EasyMorph for reporting and data preparation

Requirements

• ▹3-4 years of hands-on Data Analyst experience in iGaming or online gambling
• ▹Advanced SQL in Amazon Redshift (window functions, CTEs, subqueries, optimization)
• ▹Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar)
• ▹Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, executive reporting)
• ▹Strong command of iGaming KPIs (GGR, NGR, LTV, churn, bonus abuse metrics)
• ▹A/B test analysis skills (p-values, confidence intervals, effect sizes)
• ▹Practical use of AI tools in analytical workflows
• ▹Strong data quality mindset
• ▹Upper-intermediate+ English communication

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with Amazon QuickSight
• ▹Exposure to EasyMorph or similar ETL/data prep platforms
