Responsibilities

• ▹Define the cross-cutting technical model of the service
• ▹Set common infrastructure-as-code, pipeline and quality standards for the whole team
• ▹Run the efficiency engine: measure effort savings and evidence them in ServiceNow
• ▹Be accountable to the client for security posture and committed remediation deadlines
• ▹Coordinate a virtual squad of engineers
• ▹Act as the technical reference

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 10 years in technology with cross-cutting technical responsibility over several teams or areas
• ▹Cloud: Azure as main provider and AWS in scope (compute, VPC/VNet networking, IAM, storage, load balancing, managed services)
• ▹Kubernetes and containers: EKS and AKS, Helm, cluster deployment and operation
• ▹Infrastructure as code: Terraform (essential) and Ansible
• ▹CI/CD on Azure DevOps and version control in Git
• ▹Cloud observability and security applied to operations
• ▹Operation under service level agreements, with records in ServiceNow
