Responsibilities

• ▹Technically lead an area and answer for its service level to the Service Delivery Manager
• ▹Design and govern the area's architecture, aligned with the service's cross-cutting standards
• ▹Define the IaC, deployment and quality standards its squad follows
• ▹Manage 5-8 people: work allocation, technical review and professional development

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 7-8 years in cloud roles
• ▹Cloud: Azure as main provider and AWS in scope (compute, VPC/VNet networking, IAM, storage, load balancing, managed services)
• ▹Kubernetes and containers: EKS and AKS, Helm, cluster deployment and operation
• ▹Infrastructure as code: Terraform (essential) and Ansible
• ▹CI/CD on Azure DevOps and version control in Git
• ▹Cloud observability and security applied to operations
• ▹Operation under service level agreements, with records in ServiceNow
