Responsibilities

• ▹Solve the area's undocumented problems and act as the squad's technical reference
• ▹Administer and evolve the area's cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters
• ▹Design and maintain the Terraform modules and Ansible roles the team uses
• ▹Design the area's deployment pipelines and quality controls
• ▹Train and support the squad's L2A and L1B profiles
• ▹Attack the root cause of repeated incidents
• ▹Log activity in ServiceNow and keep the CMDB accurate and current
• ▹Take part in the on-call rotation for the assigned area

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years as a cloud engineer, DevOps or SRE in production environments, having been a team's technical reference
• ▹Cloud: Azure as main provider and AWS in scope (compute, VPC/VNet networking, IAM, storage, load balancing, managed services)
• ▹Kubernetes and containers: EKS and AKS, Helm, cluster deployment and operation
• ▹Infrastructure as code: Terraform (essential) and Ansible
• ▹Cloud observability and security applied to operations
• ▹Operation under service level agreements, with records in ServiceNow
• ▹At least one hyperscaler Associate certification
