Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, implement, integrate, and maintain Proton's core IAM solutions with high availability and scalability
• ▹Manage systems and applications built on self-hosted, open-source environments
• ▹Develop secure automated processes for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and account lifecycle management
• ▹Design and manage identity governance processes for access rights and compliance alignment
• ▹Conduct regular audits, assessments, and access re-certification campaigns
• ▹Configure and manage access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
• ▹Write high-quality, maintainable code for infrastructure automation and configuration management

Requirements

• ▹Experience with IAM technologies, ideally Keycloak, midPoint, and Duo
• ▹Experience with self-hosted, open-source environments
• ▹Strong scripting and automation skills
• ▹Knowledge of zero-trust security and identity governance
• ▹Experience with authentication and access control mechanisms
