Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and further improve high-performance database and data model structures
• ▹Build, maintain, and optimize a modern data warehouse environment
• ▹Implement and maintain automated data integration and processing pipelines
• ▹Ensure high data quality and consistent data across systems
• ▹Define and further develop standards for data management, permissions, and governance
• ▹Analyze and optimize data platform performance, including monitoring and troubleshooting
• ▹Support the introduction and use of modern reporting and Business Intelligence solutions
• ▹Gather and assess business requirements, developing sustainable technical implementation concepts
• ▹Steer and support data-related IT projects in close collaboration with business departments
• ▹Advise and train users on working with data, systems, and analytics tools

Requirements

• ▹Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• ▹Experience building and developing data platforms in a Microsoft technology environment
• ▹Good knowledge of data modeling, databases, and ETL/ELT processes
• ▹Practical experience writing scripts and database queries
• ▹Knowledge of data governance and modern cloud data services
• ▹Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• ▹Structured, analytical, independent way of working
• ▹Good German and English skills
