Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together! What You'll do: Manage, maintain, and optimize VMware virtualization environments. Monitor backup operations and perform backup and recovery activities. Administer and support enterprise storage platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests. Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and continuous platform improvements. Support datacenter operations to ensure availability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to enhance platform stability and efficiency. Participate in the on-call rotation to provide operational support and incident response. Who You Are: 3+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations. Hands-on experience managing VMware virtualization environments. Solid understanding of enterprise backup, storage, and datacenter infrastructure. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Availability to participate in an on-call rotation. Experience with technologies such as Nutanix, Dell VxRail, NetApp, Dell PowerStore/Unity/PowerScale, Avamar, PowerProtect Data Manager, VMware Horizon, or Brocade SAN is considered an advantage.
