Job Responsibilities Lead and coordinate DevOps Engineers across teams and projects; Organize team operations and improve internal processes and delivery efficiency; Lead planning sessions, retrospectives, technical discussions, and 1-on-1 meetings; Manage team priorities, workloads, and technical direction; Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployments, development environments, and operational tooling; Promote infrastructure automation, standardization, and DevOps best practices; Ensure reliable and high-quality infrastructure support for development teams; Support monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and reliability improvements; Drive collaboration between software developers and infrastructure engineers; Support hiring, mentoring, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
