Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Test Project Leader for one of its clients, a European agency operating large-scale digital services. Role & Responsibilities Define and manage overall testing strategies for large-scale projects. Plan, coordinate and supervise functional and non-functional testing activities. Ensure compliance with quality management processes and testing standards. Manage testing schedules, resources and reporting. Validate testing deliverables and acceptance criteria. Coordinate stakeholders involved in quality assurance activities. Drive continuous improvement of testing practices. Your Profile Minimum 12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong experience leading large testing programmes. Excellent knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles. Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Technical Skills Test strategy and governance Test management tools (qTest, Xray, Jira) Agile testing methodologies Functional and non-functional testing Quality assurance frameworks CI/CD testing practices Automation testing concepts WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU?
